Group : 2In the morning, in Hospital. There are the patient, the name is Novi. She was sick typhoid and she was treated a few days in the hospital. In the patients room:
V : Good morning Novi, how are you?.
N : Good morning nurse, alhamdulillah my condition better than yesterday.
V : Thanks god, are you would checking now?.
N : Yes please.
V : Emhh , clever girl. You obey the rule.
N : Yes nurse, I must obey the rule so I can get well soon and not disturb my parent.
V : Yes of course get well soon if you obey it, by the way where are your parents?.
N : My parent go to office nurse.
V : So you alone in here? There are not people keep you?.
N : Yes nurse, I haven’t brother or sister and today my parent have meeting with their college.
V : What a pity you are. Today your condition is good. Your blood pressure is 110/90, your themperature is36 and other sign show that your condition more health and if you obey you will go home earlyer.
N : Alhamdulilah nurse, I hope I get well soon, I promise I will obey the rule.
V : Hmm, you not yet eat, is you? I will help you eat okey?.
N : Okey sus I will eat more.
When nurse vitri help Novi to eat, nurse vitri is called by docter and finally nurse vitri order nurse ella to replace her duty.
V : Eh, I am called by Doctor Tika now.
E : So, what relation with me?.
V : I am helping Novi to eat in the patient room no.4. please help me to replace my duty.
E : I am I her baby sister? Very lazy, I more like watching tv.

In Doctor room.

V : Yes of course Doctor.
T : I see in patient document she already get well, just eat model and take a rest must be increased.
V :Of course Doc, she is eating with nurse e now.
T :Good, after this accompany me to go to novi’s room.
E : Okey Doc, lets go to there.
In the novi’s room occure a quarrel between novi and nurse ella because novi not interest to eat, queasy and becausebad nurse attitude to novi. At the time the doctor see that accident.
E : What happen with you, you can’t eat?, you not have the hand, hah?.
N : I am sorry nurse, vitri nurse bargain to help me eat before, nurse I want to vomit.
E : Hmm, vitri nurse take care pretending, juihh. Heeeeeeyy what are you doing with me?, what is this? Whay you vomit to me? You are not respectfull.
N : I am sorry nurse, Im not intentional please apologize me.
E : You are stupid, this is my expensive uniform, clean it now!!.
N : But Im still sick nurse.
E : You are very spoiled. Do it now( will spilled the water to the patient).
T : Nurse ella, what are you doing!!.
E : Eh doc, Im sorrydoc apologize me, I don’t want it. But........
T : Shut up, I see how you take care the patient. You know she is my nephew. You, go to my office now. nurse vitri please take care my nephew well.
Finally nurse ella meet the doctor in the doctor’s room. The doctor give advice and angry to nurse ella because her attitude to the client that damage client. Nurse ella aware and apologize to novi after that accident nurse ella become a good, care, and friendly to client.
